Green Realm Travel has not only focused on the luxury end of the market but have ensured their tours are very experiential and inclusive of not only the best accommodation but also the best of this countries restaurants. The environmental impact of coach travel has been addressed by the use of the latest Euro4 Engined MAN coaches, which are themselves quite unique to New Zealand. These coaches also carry there own recycling bins under floor so no rubbish is left anywhere we stop on tour.
The importance of branding was a key factor in the design of everything we did including our driver’s uniforms. We wanted something that looked smart and casual but also very professional and in doing so looked for a supply partner we could trust to source the individual components for us. In Racebred we not only found a company with the ability to do so but also the team we dealt with was of a high standard. Everything that was promised was presented to us on time and in most cases the selections offered exceeded what we asked to see. This ability to interpret what we were looking for and source from their suppliers was in our opinion the main reason we went with Racebred as our uniform supplier. Price, while important, was not the final factor in our decision. Quality of service and product was more important than price.
The after sales service has been what we expected and all deliveries have been quick and any back-orders advised at time of initial order was placed. This helped us know when we could schedule our driver on the road in his full uniform. A key aspect for us as we are still building our reputation in the market place.
The key factor in summary for us is quite simply that Eileen has confidence in her team to deliver what is promised at our meetings and in the number of years I have personally been dealing with Eileen there has never been a service failure that has caused any impact to my businesses.
