Screen Printing
Screenprinting can be an effective alternative for large logos, sports team wear and promotional items where embroidery is not an option.
What is Screen Printing?
There are three elements to screen printing costs: artwork, screens and
printing.
The art charge varies according to the quality of the image provided to us. Our screen printer takes the image and creates a film for screen creation and so if your logo is available in a high resolution format such as a PDF or EPS this will help greatly.
Each colour that is screenprinted for each logo requires the creation of a screen. (For instance, a 3-colour logo will require 3 screens.)
Screen Printing Pricing/Artwork Requirements
The screen printing cost is based on the number of colours, the item being screenprinted, and the quantity for each print job. Unlike embroidery (which has a fixed charge regardless of quantity or colours), with screen printing the smaller the quantity and the greater the number of colours, the more expensive it will be.
It is very important that artwork is supplied in the correct format, along with PMS/Pantone colours and required size. A visual sample can be provided on request before commencing screenprinting. If you require a physical sample this will incur a charge and may incur further charges if amendments need to be made to the screens.
